We have specific packages tailored to fit your needs with the added bonus of cost-savings when booking for year-round services. We have flat-rate monthly fees or per-visit rates for all services. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond the line of duty to ensure our client’s properties are up to our standards no matter what.

What does year-round service entail?

Our year-round service packages can include, but are not limited to:

• lawn maintenance
• spring and fall clean up
• parking lot snow removal
• parking lot sweeping
• sidewalk snow removal

All of these services are bundled into one year-round cost, discounted 5%, and divided into 12 equal monthly payments.

This provides peace of mind knowing your property is maintained 12 months of the year with no disruption to service, no new contracts to develop every season, and the ease of knowing you have 1 contractor looking after all of your outdoor property maintenance needs.
