Whether you are a snowbird or just want to make the most out of each season – if you are looking for full year-round property residential property maintenance services we have you covered. From spring clean-up to summer lawn care, fall yard clean-up, and winter ice and snow removal, Seasonal Solutions provides two simple packages to choose from!

In order to serve you better we do not provide “one- off” services to residential clients. All of our customers enjoy peace of mind maintenance throughout all seasons!

Get everything taken care of for an amazing yard, all year round!

SPRING CLEAN UP

LATE APRIL OR EARLY MAY
  • Blowing out of all rock gardens and flower beds
  • Power rake of all lawn areas
  • First cut and trim bagged
  • Complimentary edging 
  • All debris bagged and placed curbside or green-binned for county pickup

SNOW REMOVAL

OCTOBER 15TH TO APRIL 15TH
  • Snow removal on all
    • driveways
    • walkways
    • city sidewalks in front of property and between property lines
  • Unlimited visits performed on trace amount
  • Ice melt/ anti slip sand included
    • Used at customers discretion to reduce the risk of slip and fall accident

LAWN CARE

MAY 15TH TO OCTOBER 15TH
    • 3 Applications of liquid fertilizer and weed control (Spring, Summer, and Fall)
    • Weeds on concrete sprayed with round up
    • Edging 
    • Cut and trim to maintain an average of 2.5”- 3.0”
    • Pulling/spraying of weeds in landscape beds performed every visit, as needed.** 
 
** Beds that have a fabric underlay with mulch and/or rock material. Within reason – the crew is advised to spend no more than 15 minutes on the property weekly for weeding the landscape beds.

FALL CLEAN UP

LATE SEPTEMBER TO OCTOBER
  • Last cut and trim to 2.0”
  • Raking of all leaves present
  • Aeration
  • All debris bagged and placed curbside or green-binned for county pickup

Silver PACKAGE

Let the pros handle it for you this year! (All the perks of Gold without the additional fertilizer and weed control!)

Please note if you are already signed up for a year-round package, you are already on our list and there is no need to confirm. Once we develop the schedule you will receive an automated email for our approximate service date.

  • Prices are based on an average-sized property. Average yard size is typically 3000 ft² – 6000 ft²
  • For properties with many landscape beds, heavily forested, or larger than 6 000 ft² please contact us for pricing
  • Please see the area calculator to calculate your property size if you think it is larger than average
  • Please remove all dog waste before crews arrive. Crews are instructed to leave the property if dog waste is found. Dog waste is hazardous to spread to other properties, it gets tracked into our trucks, trailers, and equipment. We are a lawn service provider not a pet waste removal service.
